We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized products

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged items:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
